This site is run by Thorpe Contracting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as The AI Work Way. This page explains what happens to your email address if you ask for the prompt sheet.

What is collected

The email address you type into the form
Whether you ticked the box asking for occasional tips
The date and time, and the wording you agreed to
Your IP address and browser user-agent
Which link brought you here, so I can tell a DM from a bio click

Why

The email address is used to send you the prompt sheet you asked for, and — only if you ticked the box — occasional tips about using AI at work. The IP address and timestamp exist to stop the form being abused and to keep a record of what you consented to. That record is the lawful basis for the emails, under UK GDPR and PECR.

Your email is never sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own marketing. There is no advertising pixel, no analytics tracker and no third-party script on this page.

Where it is stored

In Amazon Web Services in the London region (eu-west-2). It does not leave the UK.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it, or after three years of no engagement, whichever comes first. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@theaiworkway.com and I will action it within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how I have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

None. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, which is why there is no cookie banner.
